  • U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is in the Middle East to mediate indirect peace talks between Israeli and Palestinian leaders. The end of a 14-month deadlock remains one of the Obama administration's biggest breakthroughs in the region, and Biden is there to make sure talks stay on track.
